During your immersion stay, you’ll be living in a charming and elegant apartment nestled in a 17th-century building. With its beautiful stone staircase, traditional “plafonds à la française” (exposed wooden beams), and large sun-filled windows, the space blends historic character with modern comfort.

The apartment has been carefully renovated and decorated to create a warm, stylish atmosphere—perfect for relaxing between lessons or enjoying quiet moments on your own.

You’ll have the apartment entirely to yourself, ensuring both independence and privacy. I live just ten minutes away, and I’ll be joining you daily for lessons and shared meals.

Everything will be ready for your arrival, thanks to Nadia, who helps manage the apartment. Check-in and check-out are flexible and fully autonomous.

The apartment is ideally located in one of the city’s most pleasant neighborhoods. Just around the corner, you’ll find a fantastic bakery, a traditional cheesemonger, greengrocers, and cozy cafés. You’ll be living like a local from day one.

Need some fresh air? The peaceful island of Barthelasse is just a short ferry ride away across the Rhône (the ferry is free!). It’s perfect for walks, bike rides, or discovering local organic farms.

French lessons take place Monday through Friday and are tailored to your pace and interests. Sometimes we’ll work at your place, other times at mine, in a café, or even while exploring the town—its museums, markets, or little boutiques.

Little by little, French becomes part of your daily life—naturally and effortlessly.
